Shipping

Shipping is free to every serviceable PIN code in India.
Every sign is foam-packed in a rigid box and sent with tracking. You receive the tracking details by email or WhatsApp once it ships.
Ready-made signs usually ship within a few working days; custom signs ship after production. The estimate for your order is shown on the product page or in your quote.

Packing and tracking

Each piece is wrapped in foam, fixed inside a rigid box and labelled fragile, with the adapter, remote and mounting kit packed separately. Once it is with the courier we send the tracking link, and you can always ask us on WhatsApp where your parcel is.

If your sign arrives damaged

Please record a short video while opening the parcel. If anything is damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the video and your order number, and we will repair or replace the sign at no cost.

Returns

Custom signs are made to your design, so they cannot be returned for a change of mind. Ready-made signs can be returned unused, in their original packing, within 7 days of delivery; please contact us first to arrange it. Return shipping for a change of mind is paid by the customer.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 7 working days of the return reaching us, or of our confirming a transit-damage claim that cannot be replaced.

Cancellations

You can cancel a ready-made order before it ships for a full refund. A custom order can be cancelled for a full refund until you approve the mock-up; after that, production has started.
