This policy explains what personal information Neon Adda (“we”) collects through this website, why, and the choices you have. It applies to neonadda.com and to orders and enquiries made through it.

What we collect

Order details: your name, phone number, email, billing and delivery address, and what you ordered.
Artwork: the words, fonts, colours, logos or photos you send so we can make your sign.
Messages: what you send us by form, email, phone or WhatsApp.
Technical data: basic information your browser sends (such as device type and pages visited), and cookies that keep your bag and account working.

How we use it

To make, ship and support your order, and to send order and delivery updates.
To reply to your enquiries and prepare mock-ups and quotes.
To keep the website secure and working, and to understand how it is used.
To meet legal, tax and accounting duties.

We do not sell your personal information.

Payments

Online payments are handled by our payment provider (Razorpay). Your card, UPI or bank details go directly to them; we never see or store them.

Who we share it with

Only those who help us deliver your order: courier partners (name, phone and address), the payment provider, and the services that host this website and send our emails. Each receives only what it needs.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Artwork files and messages are kept while they are useful for your order, a repeat order or support, and deleted on request where the law allows.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop marketing messages, by writing to makemyneon@neonadda.com. You can also block cookies in your browser; some features, like the bag, then stop working.
