These terms apply when you use neonadda.com or order from Neon Adda. By placing an order you agree to them.

Products

We make LED neon signs and sign boards, ready-made and custom. Colours and glow can look slightly different on screen than in real life, and handmade signs can vary slightly in shape from the preview.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees and shown at checkout before you pay. Custom signs are priced from the design studio or a written quote. An order is confirmed once payment (or the agreed advance) is received.

Custom work and mock-ups

For custom signs we share a mock-up for your approval before production. Please check spelling, size and colours carefully: once you approve the mock-up, production starts and the design cannot be changed. You confirm that you have the right to use any logo, artwork or text you send us.

Production and delivery

Production and delivery times are shown on the product page or in your quote, and are estimates. Shipping within India is free. See Shipping & returns for delivery, damage in transit, returns and refunds.

Safe use

Use the adapter supplied with the sign. Indoor signs are for indoor use only; waterproof signs are built for outdoor use as described on the product page. Do not cut, open or modify the sign or its wiring.

The designs, photos and text on this website belong to Neon Adda unless stated otherwise and may not be copied for commercial use. We may update these terms; the version on this page applies to new orders.
